Service Advisor – Jersey

Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking, on behalf of their client, a Service Advisor to join the aftersales department at their dealership based in Jersey.

The Ideal Service Advisor:

  • Previous experience in a service role is preferred
  • A passion to deliver a high standard of customer service
  • An organised individual who can manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills
  • Confident using computers with strong administration and prioritisation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
  • Identify and offer relevant services and products to achieve sales targets
  • Efficiently book in customer vehicles for servicing to maximise workshop productivity
  • Organise courtesy cars or transport for customers, coordinating pick-up and drop-off as needed
  • Monitor and follow up on work in progress, communicating updates to customers and the workshop team
  • Ensure all service charges and work carried out are clearly explained, involving technical advisers where necessary

This position includes a relocation package for successful applicants moving to Jersey, which features:

  • Local guidance and support to help you settle into life on the island
