- Update global R&C policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to integrate new legal and regulatory changes into policies.
- Align policies across Business Services teams (Finance, HR) for consistent compliance.
- Support compliance control testing as part of the annual monitoring programme.
- Address stakeholder queries and assist with compliance reporting.
