UK /Guernsey /JerseyWe're currently working with one of the world's leading offshore law firms, advising on the laws of BVI, Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Jersey and Luxembourg.Now looking for someone to join their thriving global compliance team, developing and maintaining global risk policies and procedures, testing controls and more.This is a great opportunity to join a firm where you can have close mentorship, consistent professional development, and a firm centred around ambition.Successful candidates will have experience in Compliance/Risk within a regulated financial services business, with a proficient understanding of regulated corporate and fiduciary services. Comprehensive knowledge of offshore AML Regulations.The Role:
  • Update global R&C policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to integrate new legal and regulatory changes into policies.
  • Align policies across Business Services teams (Finance, HR) for consistent compliance.
  • Support compliance control testing as part of the annual monitoring programme.
  • Address stakeholder queries and assist with compliance reporting.
