- Manage and maintain the core finance system (Aderant), ensuring stability, security, and accuracy
- Lead system upgrades, including a major transition to a cloud-based platform
- Oversee user permissions, troubleshoot technical issues, and liaise with vendors and IT teams
- Plan and implement new features, integrations, and data migrations
- Provide user training and support to increase confidence and efficiency across teams
- Support reporting, compliance, and data management needs for Finance
- Proven experience supporting and configuring Aderant (or similar systems) in a professional services environment
- Strong project management and troubleshooting skills
- A tech-savvy mindset, with confidence in SQL, Excel, and reporting tools like Power BI or SSRS
- Excellent communication skills – you’re comfortable supporting both technical and non-technical users
- A detail-oriented, methodical approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
- An accountancy or finance systems background
- Experience with compliance reporting and system controls in regulated environments
