LRL Recruitment are currently recruiting for Coatings Supervisors to join a long-term project at a busy shipyard in Glasgow. This role is ideal for candidates with proven marine, dockyard, or industrial experience, looking for consistent, well-paid work with excellent overtime opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising coating operations on docked ships within a shipyard environment.
Leading and coordinating teams to ensure all works are carried out to specification.
Monitoring quality standards, safety procedures, and progress.
Reporting project updates to management.
Requirements:
Proven supervisory experience in Marine, Dockyard, or Industrial coating projects.
Strong knowledge of protective coatings processes and quality standards.
Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
2 project-specific references.
Pay Rates:
Basic: 28.39ph
OT1: 42.58ph
OT2: 56.78ph
Nights: 37.76ph
Lodge allowance: 35 per day (if required).
Work Pattern:
Ongoing work.
Monday to Sunday available.
Fridays paid at Overtime Rates.
