ACRE are looking to expand their Digital Team by recruiting a Digital Support Apprentice! This apprentice will work towards an SCQF Level 6 Qualification based in their Houston office. 

Responsibilities:

  • Working in the Digital Support team managing a central mailbox as first response to all incoming enquiries.
  • Managing tickets, working them through to a close or escalating to internal stakeholders as required.
  • Becoming a superuser in our specialised CRM system Tradify. You will be responsible for managing job information, finance documents and budgets for all jobs making sure that all electronic files are accurate and compliant.
  • Becoming a superuser in Dext, our bespoke finance system used to support with processing purchase orders and generating invoices for customers.
  • Using Microsoft Packages as part of your daily routine such as Excel to update job sheets and contracts etc.
  • Using Microsoft 365 to update and maintain shared files.

  • Eager to learn new things and grow on the job.
  • Motivated and able to take initiative.
  • Reliable and able to stay on top of tasks.
  • Comfortable communicating clearly — whether that’s in person, over email, or via chat.

Salary: £15,700 - £20,800 per annum (depending on age).

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
