Join Our Team as an Onboarding Coordinator!

Are you passionate about creating a fantastic first impression for new contractors whilst ensuring they are compliant to start their new position? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are looking for a cheerful and professional Onboarding Coordinator to join our vibrant recruitment team in Newcastle-under-Lyme/Keele. As the face of our onboarding process, you will play a crucial role in ensuring new hires are compliant and ensuring they have a smooth transition into their new roles.

What You'll Do:
As our Onboarding Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Contractual/administration environment
  • Client facing/customer service environment
  • Working in a team environment with an office
  • To provide support to candidates throughout the process and ensure they provide accurate data for checks to be completed within SLA
  • Alert Account / Operational teams to any adverse findings within candidate cases
  • Ensure all work is completed within client SLA's and escalate any areas of non-compliance
  • Become a super user on the Technology Platform, ensuring full use of automated functionality.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records in accordance to client requirements
  • Ensure all final quality checks are completed in a timely manner - prioritising by SLA/urgent cases.

What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will help new hires feel at ease.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks will keep our onboarding process running smoothly.
  • Experience in Recruitment or HR: Previous experience in onboarding, recruitment, or human resources is a plus!
