We have due to continued growth several opportunities for Class 1 HGV Drivers to work for our client based out of East Midlands Gateway. As a Class 1 HGV Driver you will undertake trunking work to other company sites, NDC's and RDC's.This is clean work with no handball and presents long term work for Class 1 HGV Drivers.
Shift Patterns / Working Hours Available:
+ 4 on 4 off / Weekdays / Weeknights
+ Guaranteed 9.6 hours per shift minimum pay with OT paid out after 9.6 hours each day.
The successful Class 1 Driver will:
+ Have a valid Class 1 License for a minimum of 6 months
+ Have a valid tacho and DQC card
+ Have a positive can do attitude
Your duties as a Class 1 HGV Driver will include:
+ Trunking goods around the UK - No handball
+ Trailer swaps and backloads
You will receive:
+ Nights - 18.75 per hour
+ Nights OT after 9.6 hours daily - 28.12 per hour
+ Days - 16.38 per hour
+ Days OT after 9.6 hours daily - 24.57 per hour
