Key Responsibilities
  • Lead audit and accounts preparation across various industry sectors
  • Plan audits through to completion, including on-site execution
  • Supervise and review the work of junior team members, providing coaching and feedback
  • Prepare year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
  • Draft corporation tax returns and management accounts for review
  • Identify control risks and make practical recommendations
  • Manage workflow to meet deadlines, budgets, and professional standards
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ audit experience in an accountancy practice
  • Strong technical understanding of accounting and audit methodology
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or part-qualified considered)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills
  • Able to manage your own workload and mentor others
  • Proficient in complex Excel functions
  • Full UK driving licence required
