Robert Half Accountancy and Finance has partnered with a highly successful European business to recruit a Finance Controller for a recently acquired site in Keighley. You will be responsible for all day-to-day financial activities at the site. The right candidate for this role will be a hands-on finance professional who thrives in an autonomous working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Production of monthly management accounts
- Managing budgeting and forecasting
- Financial reporting
- Maintain relationships with accountants, banks, and insurers
- Process improvements and automation of financial controls
- Business partner with the Group
- Management of a small team
Requirements:
- Qualified or part-qualified finance professional
- Proven experience gained within a similar role
- Credible and confident communicator
- Process improvement focused
- Ability to implement change and drive business performance
- Must have the desire to grow and develop in a role
Salary & Benefits:
- £65,000 - £75,00k DOE
- Hybrid work model
