- Preparing general day-to-day accounts.
- Supporting VAT return submissions and general bookkeeping tasks.
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Managing sales and purchase ledgers.
- Handling credit control duties.
- Setting up new client accounts.
- Raising invoices and log expenses.
- Providing support for a variety of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
- Performing ad-hoc accounts and administrative tasks as required.
- Proven practice experience as a Book keeper with at least 2 years' experience
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Competitive salary of £25,000 - £26,000 per annum.
