The Role:

We are looking to hire a commercially minded and people-centric Client Manager to support our Energy Clients.

You will become a trusted advisor to your clients, building strong working relationships and being their go-to partner to support them with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for:

Expanding your allocated accounts, increasing recurring revenue and overall profitability
Maintaining and improving high-quality interpersonal relationships with key stakeholders within your client accounts.
Finding new leads within your accounts, cross-selling services across departments
Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets, taking into consideration the margin requirements to ensure profitable sales
Acting as the client champion within Bedroq, working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure your client accounts are supported to a high standard
Working collaboratively with Bedroq Projects and Engineering teams to set client expectations for project delivery timescales
Working collaboratively with the Bedroq Technical Pre-Sales and Bid Management team to write winning tender responses
Partnering with Marketing for the production and delivery of sales collateral
Maintaining an accurate forecast of opportunities in Bedroq's CRM system

To be successful in this role, you must have:

Experience of managing contracts and tender processes.
Excellent excel skills, with the ability to build multi-variable cost models from scratch.
High standards of written English - attention to detail is key.
Experience using a CRM system (We use HubSpot and ConnectWise).
Proven experience of technical managed services contracts.
Experience of communicating with and influencing key stakeholders at all levels within an organisation.
Recent experience in proposals and commercial negotiations.
Experience of working in an organisation in the Energy or CNI sector is desirable.
