Role: CNC MachinistSalary: £35,226 Location: Keighley, West Yorkshire Permanent Days, Flexi Time, Early Finish Friday Do you want to work for a forward-thinking employer who offers flexible start and finish times, including a 4 day week if preferred? I am looking for CNC Machinists with experience of the following:* Programming, setting, and operating a range of CNC machines (Fanuc, Siemens 840D, Heidenheim)* Accurately setting machines right first time * Carrying out self-inspection of work to ensure quality * Working to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Suggesting and implementing improvements to existing machining techniques * Maintaining alignment with company core values* Mentoring apprentices * Carrying out any other tasks in line with your skills and experience as needed* Knowledge and adherence to ISO9001:2015 compliance* Knowledge of 5S methodologyCompany Benefits* Annual salary up to £35226 per annum* 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)* Pension scheme: 8% combined contribution (4% employee, 4% employer) * 39 hours/week, Mon-Fri, with a flexitime system and early finish on Fridays* Paid sick leave (after six months' service) * Free onsite parking* Employee Assistance Programme, including access to professional counselling* Death in Service benefit* Cycle to Work scheme and onsite shower facilities* Company-wide shutdown at Christmas * £1,500 employee referral bonus for successful hire
