Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Keighley
Salary: £26,000pa - plus bonus
Hours: Monday- Friday 8.30am- 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:
- Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Process, track, modify, and update customer requests efficiently.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Provide professional and courteous responses to customer concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams or management as needed.
- Handle emails and support tickets using internal systems.
- Keep accurate records and document all customer interactions.
Skills & Experience required:
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively using initiative.
- Capable of working independently while fostering teamwork.
- Collaborative team player with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work seamlessly across teams and departments with a proactive mindset.
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong time management abilities.
- IT Skills including: Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
