Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Keighley
Salary: 35K - 45K
XCL Group are working with a busy construction company who are looking for an experienced HR manager to join their team. They have an excellent working environment with a very flat management structure meaning that you have direct contact with the MD and play an integral role in the business. This is a great chance for someone to join and work closely with all departments of the business.
Job Responsibilities
Working closely with employees to manage any appraisals, grievances and review meetings.
Working with recruitment agencies to source new additions to the team.
Monitoring holidays and attendance records.
Working closely with managers / supervisors to recruit for permanent positions within the business.
Updating ethical policies and procedures on a regular basis.
Reducing the turnover of the staff where possible.
Working with the Health and Safety manager to help implement safety procedures.
Job Requirements
Past experience in HR Manager position.
Ideally qualified to CIPD level 7.
Ideally have knowledge of construction or come from a similar environment.
Ideally drive and have their own transport due to the location of the site.
Hours:
40 hours a week but can be flexible in regards to hours and possibility of hybrid working.
