- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures as required.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Provide advice and support to management on HR-related matters.
- Coordinate training and development programmes for staff.
- Handle payroll administration and associated reporting requirements.

Profile
A successful Part Time HR Manager should have:
