Just real work, real growth, and a team that’s got your back.Working HoursMonday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00Friday: 08:30 – 16:00Benefits include:25 days’ annual leaveAn extra day off for your birthday Free onsite parkingStaff workwear providedTraining & developmentYour Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day warehouse operations – from goods in to dispatch• Keep inventory systems accurate and up to date using computerised stock management tools• Lead and mentor a small warehouse team — set expectations, monitor performance, and build a positive, can-do culture• Coordinate with transport and courier partners to ensure timely deliveries• Solve problems with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset• Communicate effectively across departments to align warehouse activities with company goals• Maintain Health & Safety standards and conduct regular risk assessments• Manage supplier deliveries and resolve stock discrepancies• Organise maintenance and servicing for equipment and warehouse facilitiesAnalyse warehouse workflows and implement efficiency improvements – use data to streamline picking, packing, and dispatch procedures.• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, safety, and quality across all warehouse activities• Set and monitor KPIs for warehouse performance – identify trends, track fulfilment times, and reduce error rates.• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and environmental standards, including waste disposal and sustainability practices.• Support onboarding and cross-training of staff to maintain operational flexibility during peak periods or absences.• Manage and forecast warehouse space utilisation – plan ahead for seasonal demand or new product lines.• Liaise with the team to anticipate stock levels and prevent over/understocking issues.• Champion continuous improvement initiatives – whether it's automating tasks, testing new tech, or encouraging team feedback.What We’re Looking ForMust Haves:• Minimum 2 years’ team leadership experience• Strong communication and organisational skills• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude• Proficient IT user – Microsoft, email, stock systems, software tools (bonus points if you know Sage 50!)• Understanding of Health & Safety in a warehouse setting• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to own your roleNice to Haves:• 3 years + experience in warehouse/logistics management• Valid FLT licence or willing to undertake training• First Aid or H&S certifications
