Your Role in Their Story
As a Residential Childcare Support Worker, you’ll be more than just a caregiver—you’ll be a mentor, a role model, and a source of hope. You'll:
- Support children in their daily routines, helping them feel secure and valued.
- Get involved in activities—arts and crafts, gaming, swimming, cooking, and more!
- Help build a real home, fostering strong and healthy relationships.
- Provide emotional and practical support, encouraging independence and resilience.
- Be part of their journey, guiding them toward foster placement or family reunification.
