A specialist provision in your area is seeking a full-time SEN Teacher to deliver cross-curricular lessons (Maths, English, PSHE, Humanities) to a Year 9 group operating at a lower KS level. This role begins in September and runs for one term initially-with the strong potential to extend or move to permanent.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Deliver creative, scaffolded lessons in a calm, consistent environment

  • Use a primary model approach to support small-group learning

  • Promote emotional regulation and mutual respect through every interaction

  • Adapt planning and assessment to match pupil profiles and EHCPs

  • Work collaboratively with LSAs and pastoral support

What You'll Bring:

  • QTS or QTLS with cross-curricular teaching experience

  • Strong understanding of SEMH and SEN strategies

  • Confidence working in challenging environments

  • A current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

  • Eligible to work in the UK (No SPONSORSHIP)
