We are a group of associated companies that provide the manufacturing, supply and transportation of paper hygiene and wiping products for both the commercial and consumer market, and are on the look out for permanent experienced Machine Operators to join our Production team.

With state-of-the-art machinery, career progression and being apart of our head-office, you can develop your skills, whilst helping us to be the market-leading partner of choice in the commercial tissue industry, delivering high quality products to our customers.

You will work a 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shift pattern of both days (06:00-18:00) and nights (18:00-06:00).



Job Opportunity

Key responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently set up machines, reduce downtime and drive productivity through teamwork
  • Operate and closely monitor multiple machines to ensure seamless & efficient production runs
  • Conduct pre-use checks of machinery, promptly identifying and addressing any potential issues or faults, using available tools such as the process fault tree
  • Undertake regular quality assessments of finished products, ensuring they consistently adhere to our high customer standards
  • Carry out routine maintenance and precise cleaning of machinery
  • Maintain accurate records of production output and downtime, collaborating with your team to achieve and surpass targets
  • Develop your understanding of our processes to enable you to optimise the production flow

Essential Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Operative experience in a busy FMCG environment
  • Previous experience using HMI screens to monitor & manage machines would be advantageous
