About the Role:
Working closely with the Financial Controller, you'll play a key role in the production of monthly management accounts, provide valuable insight to aid business decisions, and support financial reporting processes as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing accurate and timely monthly management accounts
- Produce variance analysis and commentary to support departmental decision-making
- Maintain and reconcile key balance sheet accounts
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Work on ad hoc finance projects and process improvements
- Liaise with external auditors and assist with year-end
What We're Looking For:
- Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) with relevant management accounts experience
- Strong Excel skills and confident using financial systems
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across departments
- Must be able to commute to Kendal
