Job Advert: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Kendal
Responsibilities:
- As a Maintenance Technician your duties and responsibilities will vary but will include:
- Carrying out day to day maintenance of all plant and machinery.
- Working under Health & Safety guidelines.
- Carrying out routine electrical maintenance and repairs according to planned maintenance schedules.
- Carrying out electrical maintenance on PPM.
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues
- Provide production support when and where required.
- Completing department work record sheets when required.
- Assisting other mechanical / operational departments when required.
The Person:
- Have extensive Electrical experience working in a continuous process environment.
- Have proven experience with fault finding, including troubleshooting and solving problems.
- Be familiar with general factory maintenance practices.
- Be conversant with basic PLC logic and inverter drives.
- Be able to work using your own initiative.
- Be able to work on your own or as part of a team.
- Be able to communicate well at all levels.
