Finishing Operative Wanted!
Are you ready to join a dynamic team in Staveley? Our client is on the lookout for enthusiastic Finishing Operatives to play a crucial role in their production process. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with the potential for a permanent position based on performance!
What You'll Do:
- Conduct quality control checks on cartons to ensure they meet standards.
- Pack the required count of cartons into boxes with precision.
- Manage pallet organisation, ensuring the correct quantity is maintained.
- Transport pallets around the production floor and into the warehouse efficiently.
- Remove waste and empty cartons from pallets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Pay & Hours:
- Hourly Rate: £12.21
- Contract Type: Temp to Perm
- Working Pattern: Full Time
Shifts:
Week 1:
- Monday to Thursday: 5:30 am - 1:30 pm (20-min break)
- Friday: 5:30 am - 11:00 am (10-min break)
Week 2:
- Monday to Thursday: 1:30 pm - 9:30 pm (20-min break)
- Friday: 11:00 am - 4:30 pm (10-min break)
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail for quality control.
- Experience in packing and warehouse operations is a plus!
- Ability to manage pallets and maintain organisation.
- A proactive approach to housekeeping and safety.
