Centre Manager

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional ready to take on a pivotal role in our vibrant Business Centre in Kendal? We are on the lookout for a Centre Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the friendly face of our Business Centre, welcoming visitors and tenants.
  • Manage reception services and direct inquiries efficiently.
  • Assist the management team in coordinating contractor visits.
  • Keep the management team updated on site developments weekly.
  • Handle data entry and maintain organised filing systems.
  • Support administrative tasks and manage incoming/outgoing mail.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Centre Manager or in a similar role is a plus, but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data entry skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with multitasking prowess.
  • A self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.

Salary & Working Pattern:

  • Annual Salary: 24,000
  • Full-time position (35 hours per week)
  • Monday to Friday, 100% office-based.
