Veritas Education are proud to be working with an outstanding secondary school in Kendal, who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 3 Geography Teacher to join their team after the half term break.

This is a full-time teaching role starting on Monday 2nd June 2025, continuing through to the end of the academic year. You'll be working in a supportive environment, delivering engaging and effective Geography lessons to Key Stage 3 students.

The Role:
  • Teaching Geography to Key Stage 3 pupils

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Supporting pupils' academic progress and classroom development

  • Working collaboratively with the Humanities department and wider school staff

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching Geography at KS3 level

  • Strong classroom management skills
