An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and dedicated Management Accountant to join a dynamic team. This role offers the chance to utilise your financial expertise in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for managing budgets, forecasting, financial reporting and working on an ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will have a background in Management Accounting and advanced to a systems super user role.
Responsibilities of the Management Accountant
- Monitor and Analyse Systems Data: Oversee and evaluate accounting systems data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Produce Financial Reports: Generate comprehensive financial reports and statements using advanced accounting systems.
- Establish and Enforce ERP system: Develop and implement an ERP system, accounting methods, policies, and principles.
- Systems Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance systems and procedures, and initiate corrective actions to optimise performance.
- Budget Forecasting: Provide expert recommendations for budget forecasts based on systems data analysis.
What the successful candidate will bring
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role
- ERP systems experience
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- High attention to detail and accuracy
