The Role

  • Managing the inbox responding to all enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Monitoring online activity and news articles regarding the project, key individuals and other relevant campaigns
  • Support the team raising money for donation and preparing various other fundraising campaigns
  • Track and maintain engagement with clients and supporters
  • Collaborate with team organising and planning various events and attending when required.

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • A Positive, proactive demeanour
  • Customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
