Due to increased customer demand from our key clients, Jumar is expanding their Business Analysis capability, and we are looking to hire an accomplished mid-senior level Business Analyst on a 6 month FTC (Fixed Term Contract) to join our thriving, Midlands based BA team in June 2025.

This is a superb full-time opportunity to join Jumar's highly successful BA practice - working for Jumar as part of our EOD model (Experts on Demand) - supporting the increase in demand from projects - and working onsite with our leading financial services client.

The successful candidate will be a well rounded and documentation focused Midlands based Business Analyst who can travel weekly to our client's impressive head office in Warwickshire (1 day per week onsite, the rest remote working).

Our Technology Division at Jumar has been trusted for more than a decade to deliver mission-critical digital development projects to a range of industries around the world. Our projects cover the entire delivery life cycle from capturing initial business requirements, through to code development, QA activities - all the way through to release and ongoing production support.

The successful candidate will be working on a Docs & Comms workstream as part of our client's biggest ever transformation program, so this is a fantastic time to join!

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Strong Business Analyst background
  • Significant experience writing print specifications
  • OpenText Extstream experience - desirable
  • Systems Analysis experience
  • Knowledge and experience of a variety of development methodologies e.g. Agile, RUP, Waterfall
  • Experience of establishing effective relationships with and influencing stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge of Business Analysis, including the application of appropriate tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Financial services (in particular insurance) experience is desirable
