3PL Account ManagerWarwickshire£35,000 - £37,000 + Bonus

Role Profile

Our client is a growing family business, enjoying an exciting period of expansion on the 3PL side of their business. As 3PL Account Manager, you will be a key liaison between the Customer and Operations, both Warehouse & Transport. Reporting into the Head of Operations you'll initially focus on 4 x key accounts, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered, every time. The role is office-based and you will work Monday to Friday, typically 8:30am - 5:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the daily interface between client management and operations.
  • Liaise with customer contacts from middle management to Director level.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve logistics or quality control issues.
  • Manage the integration of new clients into systems.
  • Develop and improve relationships with existing accounts.
  • Influence client engagement practices for mutual benefit.
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites when required.
  • Collaborating with the Planning team to ensure all customer transport needs are fulfilled on time.

This is not a new business sales role - it's about retaining, supporting, and developing existing high-value accounts.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven Account Management experience in 3PL, preferably within food or pharma logistics.
  • Background in high-volume pallet or freight operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate solutions effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong system experience, including Microsoft Excel.
