Sales and Marketing Manager

£40,000 per annum | Hybrid (1 day per week on-site in Warwickshire)

Macildowie Recruitment is excited to be working with a forward-thinking, UK-wide charity to recruit a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role offering the chance to shape a national organisation's public presence and drive income through strategic marketing and partnership development.

The role is paying up to £40,000 per annum, with flexible working (around one day on site per week in Warwickshrie) and will lead on business development, digital communications, brand visibility, and sponsorship engagement. This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive and creative individual who thrives on autonomy and is excited to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full relaunch of the organisation's website
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive visibility, membership, and donations
  • Manage and grow the organisation's social media presence
  • Identify and secure corporate partnerships and sponsorships
  • Represent the organisation at relevant events, shows, and conferences
  • Report on KPIs and campaign effectiveness, using insights to inform strategy

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Skilled in digital marketing and website project management
  • A confident communicator and natural storyteller
  • Commercially minded with experience in stakeholder engagement
  • Passionate about sustainability, conservation, or high-welfare farming
