Role OverviewThe Sales Representative will be responsible for the management and execution of sales activities within our client's organisation. The role focuses on driving market penetration and building customer connections, and the individual will report to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of field sales activities within the lubricants division.
- Ensure timely completion of sales targets and objectives, meeting set quality standards.
- Work closely with the customer service team to implement effective sales strategies.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior sales staff as required.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and new sales initiatives.
- Support additional operational tasks specific to the sales role.
- Field sales experience in a B2B environment
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Knowledge of the lubricants or industrial maintenance industry is an advantage.
