About the Role: Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Data Cleanse Administrator to help ensure the integrity of customer and supplier data. If you are passionate about data accuracy and enjoy engaging with people, this role could be the perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact live customers and suppliers via telephone to validate current details.
- Update systems with correct details and attach relevant evidence.
- Liaise with the Business-As-Usual (BAU) team to ensure timely approval of any changes.
- Maintain meticulous records of all validated data and updates.
- Address any discrepancies or issues identified during the data validation process.
- Ensure all changes are documented and evidence is attached as required.
- Effectively communicate with customers and suppliers globally, understanding various accents and time zone differences.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of the data cleanse activities.
- Contacting live customers and suppliers by telephone to validate and update their details.
- Ensuring all information is accurately recorded and attaching relevant evidence for changes made.
- Working closely with the BAU team to ensure timely approval of any changes, fostering a seamless workflow.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Confident in speaking to suppliers and customers globally. Ability to understand various accents.
- Experience with S4 HANA (MDG module) is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills, comfortable with phone communication.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in using data management systems.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data validation and system updates.
- Willingness to work two days in the office (currently Tuesday and Wednesday) with some flexibility.
- Ability to address and resolve issues identified during the data validation process.
- Strong organisational skills to manage and maintain records effectively.
