We have an exciting new opportunity for a skilled recruiter to join our internal talent team, sourcing top candidates for a variety of roles.

Based in Warwickshire, this is a fantastic opportunity to work for a growing and dynamic company that is expanding and requires support in finding the very best talent. This is a hybrid role, with one day per week in the office, so we’re looking for a hands-on team player who can hit the ground running.

This is a great company to work for, and while previous experience in recruitment or HR is preferred, we are open to individuals with the right skills and passion for talent acquisition.

The Role

Proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, and the company website

Engage with past and current candidates to gather feedback and improve the hiring process

Support the development of recruitment initiatives to boost candidate engagement

Conduct ad-hoc recruitment tasks as required by the line manager

Provide an excellent candidate experience through friendly and professional communication

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring alignment with company values

Undertake general administrative tasks, including printing, filing, photocopying, and scanning

Key Skills

  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and legislation (desirable)
  • Understanding of GDPR guidelines
  • Friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
