My client is seeking a driven and strategic Commercial Finance Manager to join our finance team, reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with the Finance Director. This is a key role with a strong focus on driving change, unlocking value, and influencing decision-making at all levels.

As Commercial Finance Manager, you will lead the commercial finance agenda playing a critical role in supporting growth, improving financial performance, and enhancing business insight. You'll work cross-functionally to challenge assumptions, drive efficiency's, and deliver high-impact financial analysis and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of commercial insight to support strategic and operational decision-making
Drive improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes
Partner with senior operational stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and margin improvement
Support the Financial Controller and Finance Director in driving business transformation and value creation
Influence change initiatives across the finance function and wider business
Lead or support key projects aimed at process optimisation, cost control, and profitability analysis
Produce high-quality financial reports and presentations for senior leadership

What We're Looking For:

Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with a strong commercial finance background
Demonstrated success in a finance leadership or business partnering role, ideally within hospitality, or service sectors
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and support decision-makers
A proactive mindset with a passion for driving change and delivering results
Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and presentation skills
