Are you a commercially focused finance leader ready to shape the future of finance in a dynamic, service-led business? My client is seeking a driven and strategic Commercial Finance Manager to join our finance team, reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with the Finance Director. This is a key role with a strong focus on driving change, unlocking value, and influencing decision-making at all levels.

As Commercial Finance Manager, you will lead the commercial finance agenda playing a critical role in supporting growth, improving financial performance, and enhancing business insight. You'll work cross-functionally to challenge assumptions, drive efficiency's, and deliver high-impact financial analysis and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of commercial insight to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Drive improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes
  • Partner with senior operational stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and margin improvement
  • Support the Financial Controller and Finance Director in driving business transformation and value creation
  • Influence change initiatives across the finance function and wider business
  • Lead or support key projects aimed at process optimisation, cost control, and profitability analysis
  • Produce high-quality financial reports and presentations for senior leadership

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with a strong commercial finance background
  • Demonstrated success in a finance leadership or business partnering role, ideally within hospitality, or service sectors
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and support decision-makers
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for driving change and delivering results
  • Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and presentation skills
