You will manage and lead the legal entity in all aspects of business and financial planning, control, and project/program management.

- Providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to the organisation, ensuring robust financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Business partner to key stakeholders within the local business and across the wider group
- Lead and manage financial aspects of projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Challenging the business and driving efficiencies and performance improvements
- Advising on investment activities and provide strategies for the financial health of the business.
- Overseeing financial control to ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and to safeguard the organisation's assets.
- Management of the finance team
Profile
- Qualified accountant
- Experience of working within a complex business
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to influence others. Proactive with the capacity to challenge the status quo
- Comfortable with driving change and bringing others on that journey
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Solid understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
- Financial services background
- Team player with the ability to liaise across a complex organisation
- Evidence of developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A task-focused individual able to manage and prioritise multiple deadlines, stakeholders, etc.
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £75,000 to £83,000 per annum plus bonus scheme
- Hybrid working 2/3 days onsite
