We are now looking for an Awarding and Certification Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As an Awarding and Certification Co-ordinator, you will accurately process data and produce certificates and skills ID cards.

Specifically, you will enter learner details onto our systems, produce SmartCards and e-Cards, and carry out quality checks to make sure everything meets our high standards.

Liaising with customers to resolve queries quickly and efficiently, you will record dispatched and returned items and communicate with suppliers for stock ordering and comparative quotes.

Additionally, you will:

- Process returned stock and incoming post

- Maintain accurate records of stock issued, held, and returned

- Support improvements to systems and processes

About You

To be considered as an Awarding and Certification Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Experience working within a customer service environment

- Experience processing orders rapidly and accurately

- Knowledge of stock re-ordering approaches and courier processes

- The ability to maintain quality system processes and document audit trails

- To be highly motivated, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well alone or as part of a team

- Good communication skills

- The ability to process high volumes of work with minimal errors

- Proficiency using Microsoft applications

- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle (due to our office location)
