The Role requires general administration working in the back offices sorting all incoming and outgoing correspondence for the entire company where you need to have a sharp eye to detail and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
General administration including filing, photocopying and scanning.
Investigate and trace all missing files and documentation when required.
Match and corroborate the correct charges to correct departments
Complete any additional ad-hoc tasks required from by supervisors.
