KM4HR are working with their nationally recognised client, to recruit a highly experienced Reward & Benefits professional to join them in this newly created role.

As a member of the Reward team you will have responsibility for advising on effective benefits packages in this large organisation with varying levels of stakeholder. Full cycle benefits experience from supplier identification to proposal and delivery is essential for this position.

Responsibility in this role includes;

  • Lead and work on the delivery and communication of the benefits programme, annual benefits enrolment window and total reward statements.
  • Collaborating with pensions, wellbeing, DEI and fleet/procurement on policy and communication, ensuring approaches are aligned to the People strategy.
  • Manage benefits vendors, including negotiating, scoping and owning the effective implementation of vendor services alongside Procurement.
  • Oversee the operation, development and communication of the employees recognition scheme.
  • Support reward colleagues with the delivery of the annual pay and bonus cycles.
  • Support job evaluation and benchmarking activities.
  • Provide analytical Reward and Benefits insights to the business.

Essential

  • Significant experience managing and working on annual reward & benefits cycles, including running flexible benefit schemes and online platforms.
  • Proven experience in providing advice and support on all Reward related issues.
  • Strong analytical skills (using advanced Excel)
  • HR Systems experience (ideally SAP SuccessFactors)
  • In-depth understanding of concepts, trends and practices in reward and benefit activities
  • Focus on continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated experience in job evaluation and salary benchmarking desirable.
  • Experience of managing contracts and renewals.
