Are you an HR Administrator ready to take the next step, or an experienced HR Officer looking for a more flexible, forward-thinking environment? We're looking for an HR Advisor to join our small but mighty HR team based in Kenilworth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR experience across the full employee lifecycle, with a healthy balance of autonomy, collaboration, and flexibility.
What you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the business, including:
- Managing onboarding, recruitment, and induction processes (not high volume)
- Supporting employee relations cases - absence management, sickness, and occupational health referrals
- Coordinating learning & development activity (room bookings, planning sessions, etc.)
- Overseeing HR systems administration
- Liaising with our third-party payroll provider and managing pension submissions
- Supporting annual benefits renewals
You'll have the chance to get involved in a wide range of people initiatives, with room to grow and take on more responsibility as you develop.
About you
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in HR systems and employee relations (ER) casework
- Proactive, organised, and forward-thinking
- Comfortable working in a flexible, adult environment where trust and autonomy are valued
- Confident communicating with managers at all levels
- CIPD qualification is a bonus, but experience is what really matters
What we offer
- Salary: 28,000
- Pension: Up to 5% employer contribution
- Annual Leave: 26 days plus bank holidays (rising to 30 with service)
