The Role

As a Town Planner, you'll be responsible for identifying and promoting strategic land opportunities, leading the planning process to secure permissions for high-quality residential-led developments. You'll work closely with internal teams including land, technical, and legal, as well as external stakeholders to deliver successful planning outcomes.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a proactive and commercially minded planner with:

  • MRTPI status (or working towards chartership)
  • A degree in Town Planning or a related field
  • Previous experience (c3+ years ideally) in a consultancy or developer-side role
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills
  • A confident, solutions-driven approach and team mentality
