We are seeking an adept Maintenance Engineer, who will be responsible for the regular upkeep and repair of industrial manufacturing equipment. This role is based in Coleshill and plays a pivotal role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our organisation.

Description
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly.
- Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment.
- Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment.
- Coordinate work functions with engineering and manufacturing departments.
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
- Perform safety audits and improve production processes to guarantee compliance with safety standards.
- Document type and cost of maintenance or repair work.
Profile
A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:
- A relevant qualification in engineering or a related field.
- Worked in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Late shift pattern
- Monday - Thursday 2pm - 10pm
- Friday 12pm - 6pm
