Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about payroll? We're looking for a proactive Payroll Assistant to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based full-time onsite in our Kenilworth office, you'll play a key role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time.
?? What You'll Be Doing:- Processing end-to-end payroll for a diverse workforce
- Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and internal policies
- Managing starters, leavers, and changes to employee records
- Handling payroll queries and liaising with internal departments
- Supporting year-end processes including P60s and P11Ds
- Previous experience in a payroll role (in-house or bureau)
- Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Confident using payroll software and Excel
- A team player with great communication skills
