What You'll Do:As a Procurement Representative, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with suppliers to ensure the best pricing and quality of goods
- Managing purchase orders and contracts with precision
- Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers
- Monitoring inventory levels and forecasting needs
- Assisting in the development of procurement strategies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
What We're Looking For:We want someone who is not just skilled but also brings a positive attitude to the table! Our ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with procurement software is a plus!
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
