A hugeley sucessful privately owned, supplier to the UK's takeaway and casual dining sector is seeking a commercially driven Managing Director to lead the business through its next phase of development.

With a loyal customer base and daily deliveries across England and Wales, the business is a key player in its specialist food product niche. It has built a reputation for excellent service, dependable logistics, and strong client relationships, supplying a range of establishments from independent takeaways to national foodservice chains.

This newly created role represents a unique opportunity to professionalise and scale a well-established, family-run business while respecting its entrepreneurial heritage and customer-first ethos.

The Opportunity

  • Experience within founder-led or family-owned businesses is highly desirable
  • Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a strong customer focus
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Midlands (Warwickshire HQ)
