Our client a High end Residential contractor in the Construction industry whose projects are predominantly based in the Knightsbridge and Kensington districts of West London are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their growing company.
Requirements:
The Site Manager must have experience working on high end residential properties where structural alterations are required especially Basement work involving high end fit out.
The Site Manager will be responsible for the projects from start through to completion therefore must be confident running projects to a very high specification including all high end finishes. Projects are up to a value of £2 million.
The Site Manager will be required long term with our client who have full order books for the next 2 years as a minimum and are looking to take someone on who they can move on to each subsequent project. They also look to take candidate on a permanent basis therefore this is an opportunity which could lead to a permanent role for the suitable candidate.
The Site Manager must have their site certificates all in date including SMSTS, First Aid and a valid CSCS card as a minimum - please do not apply if you do not have these certificates.
This position is to start ASAP for the right person and will be long term
Candidates MUST be from a Carpentry or Joinery trade due to the high end level of fixes involved in this role.
This position would suit candidates working as a Site Manager for high end residential properties looking to make a move off of the tools.
