Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring consistent quality and smooth service across all F&B outlets
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a strong kitchen team
- Work closely with senior management on menu development and cost control
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance
- Strong supplier relationships with a focus on fresh, local ingredients

- Proven experience as Head Chef in a high-quality hotel

- A natural leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
