Vacancy:                     Deputy Manager (Residential Care Home)

Location:                     Keswick (Cumbria)

Salary:                         Up to £38,000pa + benefits (75% supernumerary)

Hours:                         Monday to Friday – 9.00 – 17.30

As a Deputy Manager of this fantastic Residential Care Home in Keswick, you will mainly have responsibility for ensuring all paperwork is completed in accordance with company policies.  You will also lead on all Audits, both internal and external and will support the Registered Manager at all times.

Skills required

  • You will either have or be willing to work towards your NVQ Level 3;
  • You will have experience of working in the health care sector in a Care Home setting;
  • You will be driven, motivated and will believe in quality of care;
  • You will possess strong leadership and management qualities whilst taking on a dynamic and flexible approach to the role;
  • You will have experience with quality issues and audits;

  • Mainly office hours working – Monday to Friday – 9.00 to 17.30 (limited on-call)
