ROLE: Sales Administrator
LOCATION: Kettering
HOURS OF WORK: Days
BASIC SALARY: 25K per annum
Company Profile
Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their friendly run organisation based in Kettering on a permanent basis.
In this Sales Administrator role, you will be responsible for:
- Respond accurately and professionally to customer enquiries within agreed time frames
- Coordinate customer projects, maintaining visibility of inbound, ongoing and outbound work
- Provision of routine project progress updates to both customers and the operations manager
- Fulfilment of general administrative duties associated with the creation and booking-in of customer projects and product samples
- Develop good working relationships with both colleagues and customers
- Maintain contact with the customer base via telephone, email, on-site meetings and video call
- Maintain accurate data on the company CRM system
- Contribute to other sales and marketing activities, as required
To be successful as a Sales Administrator you will have:
- A minimum of GCSE Grades A-C in Maths, English and a Science (or equivalent qualifications/experience).
- A confident self-starter
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Inquisitive and a natural problem solver
- Ability to prioritise work and multitask across several initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to build rapport with both customers and colleagues at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office products, including MS Word and Excel
