We're looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love supporting others, and have strong administrative skills, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and wider commercial department
- Process sales orders, generate invoices, and manage customer data accurately
- Liaise with customers to provide updates, respond to queries, and ensure a high standard of service
- Maintain internal systems (CRM, order processing software, etc.)
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and documentation
- Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules in collaboration with warehouse and logistics teams
- Support sales campaigns and product launches with relevant admin tasks
- Track stock levels and liaise with the procurement team as needed
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales support, sales admin, or similar administrative role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
