Finance Administrator
This is a great opportunity to join our client’s growing, fast paced business in Kettering.
An experienced Finance Administrator is required to cover all aspects of both purchase ledger and sales ledger as part of a supportive team of 5.
The business is within the construction sector and they will shortly be moving to Coins software so any experience of this would be beneficial but not essential.
Responsibilities will include:
- Raising and processing invoices for each contract on a split payment basis.
- Setting up new projects on Sage complete with cost model information.
- Working closely with the Credit Controller to ensure that all invoices are directed to the correct contact and branch.
- Maintaining financial spreadsheets to record data for submission to the governing bodies.
- Ensuring that the contract administration flows smoothly and to deadlines.
Ideally you will have at least 2-3 years previous accounts/finance experience. You will have excellent organisation, communication, attention to detail and numeracy skills.
