The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have at least two years of recent teaching experience in Key Stage 2
Demonstrate strong classroom management and high expectations for all pupils
Be committed to providing engaging, high-quality learning experiences
Work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the wider school life
Be well-organised, reflective, and passionate about making a difference in children's lives
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 4 curriculum
Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback and support
Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
Uphold the school's values, behaviour policy and safeguarding procedures
Visits to the school are warmly encouraged!
